The Nusantara Capital Authority through the Deputy for Socio-Culture and Community Empowerment held an audience with the Rector and Leaders of ISI Yogyakarta on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 in Meeting Room 1, ISI Yogyakarta Rectorate Building. In this audience, the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta, Prof. Dr. Timbul Raharjo, M.Hum., was accompanied by Dr. St. Hanggar Budi Prasetya, S.Sn., M.Si. (Assistant Rector I ISI Yogyakarta), Drs. AG. Hartono (Assistant Rector II ISI Yogyakarta), Muhammad Sholahuddin, S.Sn., M.T. (Assistant Rector III ISI Yogyakarta), Dr. Erwandi, M.Sn. (Dean of the Faculty of Recording Media Arts ISI Yogyakarta), Dr. Edial Rusli, SE, M.Sn. (Assistant Dean I of the Faculty of Recording Media Arts ISI Yogyakarta), Dr. Dra Suryanti, M.Hum. (Dean of the Faculty of Performing Arts ISI Yogyakarta) and Dra. M. Heni Winahyuningsih, M.Hum. (Assistant Dean I of the Faculty of Performing Arts ISI Yogyakarta) This audience was conducted in order to explore the potential for possible cooperation between the Nusantara Capital Authority and ISI Yogyakarta.
In his opening remarks, Prof. Dr. Drs. Timbul Raharjo, M.Hum. conveyed the profile of ISI Yogyakarta complete with the Merdeka Belajar and Kampus Merdeka programs and the competence of the ISI Yogyakarta academic community. From the remarks described the various potential collaborations offered by ISI Yogyakarta to the Deputy for Socio-Culture and Community Empowerment, the Nusantara Capital Authority. From the remarks delivered by the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta, the Deputy for Socio-Culture and Community Empowerment, the Archipelago Capital Authority, Drs. Alimuddin, M.Si. responded that the possible collaboration with ISI Yogyakarta is the optimization of the Merdeka Belajar Program - Merdeka Campus for organizing art activities such as exhibitions and performances, cooperation in organizing studies in the context of developing local wisdom-based arts and cooperation in the field of educational development in the Archipelago Capital Region.
This cooperation will begin with the preparation of a draft cooperation document between the two institutions. The document is expected to be compiled soon so that it becomes the basis for the cooperation that will be carried out.
