If it turns out that the scholarship is not on target, the faculty can make improvements in the form of terminating the scholarship. This monitoring can be done through the ranks of student affairs /ormawa or on the advice of academic advisors. Evaluation of study performance is carried out at the end of the semester to assess the impact of scholarships on student achievement. The results of this evaluation will be taken into consideration for scholarship acceptance in the following year.
Scholarship Reimbursement

- resign
- taking study leave, and
- do not fulfill the requirements set by the university and other laws and regulations or violate the applicable provisions.

The replacement of scholarship recipient students is based on the following considerations:
- Students declared graduated automatically have their scholarships terminated. The scholarship received will be transferred to other students in the same study program.
- Replacement of scholarship recipient students due to various reasons as mentioned above is done through the replacement proposal process.
