Yogyakarta, 31 December 2025 - Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta reaffirmed its role as a space for the development of young film talents through the organization of Letter30xd: Seminar & Screening. This activity presents 30 film posters by students who represent the process of creation, study, and artistic exploration in the medium of film.
Letter30xd: Seminar & Screening was held on January 6-7, 2026 at the Auvi Room, Faculty of Recording Media Arts (FSMR) ISI Yogyakarta. All works displayed are the results of the student academic process which are presented and screened for the public, as part of the practice-based learning ecosystem and artistic research.
Main poster Letter30xd The event included 30 student films that reflected a diversity of themes, visual approaches, and narrative strengths. This activity is not only a space for appreciation of works, but also a forum for academic discussion through seminar sessions that encourage the exchange of ideas between students, lecturers, and the wider community.
The implementation of this activity is open to the public and free (free entry), as a form of ISI Yogyakarta's commitment to expanding public access to artworks and academic cinema practices. Visitors are also invited to give direct appreciation to all the works displayed.
Via Letter30xd: Seminar & Screening, ISI Yogyakarta strengthens its position as an art education institution that is adaptive, inclusive, and oriented towards student capacity building. This activity is also a reflection of the spirit of Diktisaintek Impact, where the academic process does not stop in the classroom, but is present and interacts with the community.
