International Cultural Communication Center Malaysia (ICCCM) visited ISI Yogyakarta in order to have an audience with the Rector on July 30, 2025. The ICCCM visit was received by the Rector, Deans at ISI Yogyakarta and the Head of the International Affairs Unit in the VIP Room of the Rectorate of ISI Yogyakarta. In this audience, the ICCCM delegation consisted of Cyntia Wu as Indonesia Regional Manager and Ivan Chabibilah as Business Executive.
The audience with the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta was the first step in establishing strategic cooperation in the field of internationalization of education. ICCCM, which also acts as the secretariat of the International Transnational Education Association (ITEA), expressed a desire to introduce the organization and the internationalization programs they are running.
ICCCM is a non-profit organization that focuses on promoting education, economic development, and cultural exchange between countries. To date, ICCCM has established partnerships with more than 1,500 educational institutions in various countries, including more than 300 institutions in Indonesia. Through this visit, ICCCM hopes to discuss various collaboration opportunities that can expand ISI Yogyakarta's international network, improve the quality of education, and strengthen cultural values in a global context.
The Rector of ISI Yogyakarta, Dr. Irwandi, S.Sn., M.Sn., welcomed the hearing plan as part of ISI Yogyakarta's commitment to continue to open global collaboration opportunities in supporting its mission as a center of excellence for arts and culture at the international level.
