Visual Communication Design Study Program, Faculty of Fine Arts, ISI Yogyakarta announced the results of the selection of acceptance of out-of-class learning activities (Internship Program and Independent Project). Previously, the Visual Communication Design Study Program had conducted a program socialization on June 11, 2024 which was attended by more than 80 students from various batches, and opened the selection through sending a portfolio of works on June 7 to June 30, 2024.
Under the umbrella of PKKM, DKV Study Program held a series of selection processes with partners, where partners participated in conducting assessments, both in the quality of work and the competencies needed in running future programs.
There are 9 partners who will collaborate until the end of November. 3 partners are outside the city, namely: PT Bumi Langit Entertainment Corpora (Jakarta), LZY Studio (Surabaya) and Florto Studio (Denpasar, Bali) while the other 6 partners are in Yogyakarta Province, namely: Badan Pelestarian Kebudayaan Wil X, Polar Engine Studio, PT RWE Bhinda, PT Paragon Inti Cipta (Pinc), Paguyuban Ki Remeng Mangunjaya, and the last one: Wirokerten Village.
Of the 67 quotas available, not all of them have been filled. There are two locations that can still be filled by students. DKV Study Program opens wave two, for interested students with the following timeline: Wave 2 registration is awaited until Tuesday, July 16, 2024 and will be announced on July 17, 2024. Furthermore, on July 18, DKV Study Program plans to invite all accepted students to attend technical meetings and preparation for deployment, as well as filling out a list of courses to be converted.
