Reports can be sent via email to: ppks@isi.ac.id by including the following information:
- Identity of the victim
- Identity of the reporter
- Identity of the alleged perpetrator
- Chronology of the incident (time and place, form of violence, witness statements, and other relevant information).
The campus guarantees confidentiality of respondents' identity in every incoming report.
Through the provision of this reporting channel, ISI Yogyakarta encourages the entire academic community to speak up. "Don't be afraid to report" is the main message so that any form of sexual violence can be immediately followed up and prevented early on.
