ISI Yogyakarta in 2024 obtained permission to open a new study program, namely, the Musical Theater study program. The musical theater study program adds to the number of study programs owned by the Faculty of Performing Arts, ISI Yogyakarta. This study program complements the study programs that ISI Yogyakarta has previously had.
The Musical Theatre study program will equip its students with three main competencies, namely acting, singing and dancing. With these three main competencies, this new study program will produce creative and innovative artists in the field of musical theater and film. Graduates of the Musical Theater Study Program are ready to compete at the international level, as applied scholars with multi-talents.
The Musical Theater study program calls high school and vocational school graduates to become part of the ISI Yogyakarta family through the Independent Pathway.
