Design Thinking Workshop 2024 will present three speakers from Hochschule Hannover Germany, namely Prof. Gunnar Spellmeyer, Irene Agrivina and Friedrich Weltzien.

Design Thinking is a method, mindset, or process for empathizing with human-focused problems. Design Thinking is also a recipe for product and service innovation in business and social contexts. Design Thinking is generally used to solve problems effectively, understand the users of a design product and their needs so as to redefine the problem. Design Thinking is expected to be a new method of problem solving that is based on various Art and Design sciences so that it can have a good impact in the creative industry environment.

The Design Thinking Workshop is an activity that is held regularly every year between ISI Yogyakarta and Hochschule Hannover University of Applied Science and Arts Germany. The workshop, which has been running since 2014, is a collaborative activity that opens up opportunities to work together in a diverse environment through one design platform.
