In his remarks, the Rector as well as the Chairperson of the Senate of the Indonesian Institute of Arts Yogyakarta advised the graduates to always build a positive image of ISI Yogyakarta alumni by working hard, being able to communicate well and always providing solutions to various probabilities faced by the institution. With this effort to build a positive image of alumni, it will make it easier for the next year's alumni to find work.

The role of alumni is not to build a positive image of alumni, alumni are expected to play an active role in providing information related to job vacancies and potential cooperation with various partners. Input from alumni is also needed to develop ISI Yogyakarta in the future.
