The Yogyakarta Royal Orchestra - ISI Yogyakarta collaboration through the D4 Music Presentation Study Program and the S1 Music Education Study Program presents an International Violinist in Masterclass and Chamber Music Workshop on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 09.30 - 12.30 WIB, at the Music Auditorium, Faculty of Performing Arts, ISI Yogyakarta. The international violinist who was presented as a guest speaker for the Masterclass and Chamber Music Workshop was Aditya Chander who is also a Music Theorist from Yale University.
Workshop and masterclass participants are specifically for students of the D4 Music Presentation Study Program and S1 Education Study Program, Faculty of Performing Arts, ISI Yogyakarta. The general public can also watch workshops and masterclasses as active participants. By presenting international speakers, it is expected to be able to improve student competence.
The Yogyakarta Royal Orchestra and ISI Yogyakarta have long been cooperating. Many ISI Yogyakarta academics are involved in musical performances organized by the Yogyakarta Royal Orchestra. On this occasion, the collaboration was used to present international speakers to teach in Masterclass and Chamber Music Workshop which was attended by students of the D4 Music Presentation Study Program and S1 Education Study Program of ISI Yogyakarta.
