A collaboration of art colleges that are members of the Indonesian Art College Cooperation Agency presents various works of art in the Rakta Mahardika Rupa Visual Arts Exhibition - Merdeka Cipta Daulat Bangsa. The exhibition is planned to be held from November 10, 2023 to January 10, 2024, at Building D, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. The visual art exhibition features works by lecturers and students from ISBI Aceh, ISI Padang Panjang, ISBI Bandung, Jakarta Institute of Arts, ISI Yogyakarta, ISI Surakarta, STKW Surabaya, ISI Denpasar, Bali, and ISBI Tanah Papua.
The Rakta Mahardika Rupa Visual Art Exhibition - Merdeka Cipta Daulat Bangsa was opened by Plt. Secretary of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Prof. Tjitjik Sri Tjahjandarie, Ph.D on November 10, 2023 until January 10, 2024, at Building D, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. The Rector of ISI Yogyakarta, Dr. Irwandi, M.Sn. had the opportunity to attend the opening of the exhibition with the rectors of other art universities. At this opening the Rectors of art colleges and Plt. Secretary of the Directorate General of Higher Education signed the organization of the Rakta Mahardika Rupa Visual Art Exhibition - Merdeka Cipta Daulat Bangsa.
The opening of this exhibition is a sign that this exhibition is accessible to the public every day and according to working hours. The Rakta Mahardika Rupa - Merdeka Cipta Daulat Bangsa Visual Art Exhibition was organized as a form of response and interpreting the heroic spirit of welcoming Heroes' Day, which is commemorated every November 10 as a historical moment to remind the struggle for Indonesian independence.
