Improving IKU 6, ISI Yogyakarta Explores Cooperation with Universiti Teknologi Brunai

ISI Yogyakarta received a visit from Universiti Teknologi Brunei on September 11, 2023, at Meeting Room 1 Rectorate ISI Yogyakarta at 14.00 WIB until completion. The delegation from Brunei Technology University consisted of Product Design Study Program students and was led by Dr. Fethma M. Noor (Lecturer of Product Design Study Program School of Design, Brunai Technology University. The visit from Brunai Technology University was received by the Acting Daily Rector of ISI Yogyakarta, Dr. Erwandi, M.Sn. along with the Deans and Leaders at ISI Yogyakarta.

This visit is an exploration of cooperation between Universiti Teknologi Brunei and ISI Yogyakarta. Currently Universiti Teknologi Brunei is exploring cooperation with several universities and one of them is ISI Yogyakarta, said Dr. Fethma M. Noor in a speech representing the entourage from Universiti Teknologi Brunei. He further said that we are looking for cooperation partners for the School of Design, University Teknologi Brunai. School of Design, University Teknologi Brunai has a Product Design and Fashion Technology Study Program, it seems that according to the recommendations of our partners from Universiti Teknologi Mara, the Faculty of Fine Arts ISI Yogyakarta is a suitable partner.

ISI Yogyakarta is very happy with the offer of cooperation, according to a fragment of remarks from the Acting Daily Rector of ISI Yogyakarta Dr. Erwandi, M.Sn.. At the same time, Dr. Erwandi, M.Sn., also conveyed the profile of ISI Yogyakarta and the potential for cooperation that might be carried out by the two universities. With this collaboration, it is hoped that it can improve the Main Performance Indicators of 6 Higher Education Institutions related to partner collaboration with world-class partners. Currently, universities continue to improve the value of Key Performance Indicators because incentives for universities are determined from 8 Key Performance Indicators.
