The ISI Yogyakarta Promotion and Socialization Team held a New Study Program Socialization at ISI Yogyakarta on June 22, 2023, at the Multipurpose Building, SMK Negeri 3 Kasihan, Bantul. The New Study Program Socialization activity was attended by students and teachers of SMK Negeri 3 Kasihan with resource persons from new study program lecturers at ISI Yogyakarta. This socialization activity aims to introduce the profile of the new study program owned by ISI Yogyakarta so as to motivate prospective students to register themselves in the ISI Yogyakarta Independent Selection Pathway which will end on June 27, 2023.
The socialization and promotion event began with remarks from representatives of SMK N 3 Kasihan, Bantul and continued with socialization presentations from resource persons. The speakers for the socialization activities were lecturers representing the new study programs including Prima Dona Hapsari, S.Pd., M.Hum. from the S1 Art Conservation Study Program, Deddy Setyawan, M.Sn. from the D4 Film and Television Production Study Program and the last speaker Edi Jatmiko, S.Sn., M.Sn. from the D4 Media Design Study Program. The speakers conveyed the profile of the study program consisting of the disciplines studied, learning methods and job prospects for graduates.
The socialization participants were very enthusiastic in following the presentation from the resource person. The students of SMK N 3 Kasih have new insights that they do not have to continue their studies in pure art, craft, product design, interior design and visual communication design study programs but also S1 Art Conservation study program, D4 Media Design study program and D4 Film and Television Production study program.
