The scope of JICAF#2 activities is to formulate concepts, themes, and strategies for creative collaboration activities. It also explores the potential of creative people and creative industries that have the talent to create world-class products sourced from the knowledge of Indonesian art and cultural traditions. This festival is to help present, organize, and socialize works of art creatively and globally.

Collaborations involving universities, creative people and the industrial world are in line with the spirit of Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka rolled out by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, said the Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts ISI Yogyakarta, Dr. Timbul Raharjo, M.Sn. The synergy between universities and the industrial world will have an impact on the quality of higher education which is getting closer to the needs of the industrial world. Collaboration is also a necessity in this increasingly competitive era.

Agus Burhan, M.Hum, hopes that the implementation of JICAF #2 can run smoothly. Collaboration and information technology applications are a necessity today.
