Eight ISI Yogyakarta students qualify for IISMA 2022

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) is organizing the Indonesia International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) again in 2022. In 2021, this excellent program has been able to provide experience on how to study at a campus with a world reputation, provide experience interacting with international students and train the leadership spirit of IISMA participants. With funding from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, students will be given the opportunity to study at universities abroad.

In 2021, three ISI Yogyakarta students successfully participated in this excellent program. These ISI Yogyakarta students have the opportunity to study at universities in the UK and Germany. This study abroad experience will complement the artistic competencies they have received at ISI Yogyakarta.

In 2022, ISI Yogyakarta students successfully participated in the IISMA program. Eight ISI Yogyakarta students passed the IISMA 2022 program. The eight students include:

  1. Xantia Mitochondria Askandar, Department of Television & Film, FSMRISI Yogyakarta will study at Arizona State University, USA.
    Rahmanita Fairuz, Interior Design Study Program, FSR ISI Yogyakarta will study at Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia.
    3. Muhammad Azra Firmansyah, Product Design Study Program, FSR ISI Yogyakarta will study at The Australian National University, Australia.
    4. Rania Sekar Paramitha Hermanto, Visual Communication Design Study Program, FSR ISI Yogyakarta will study at University College Dublin, Ireland.
    5. Gitanjali Mayra Ekarini, Visual Communication Design Study Program, FSR ISI Yogyakarta will study at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Spain.
    6. Alika Kintany, Visual Communication Design Program, FSR ISI Yogyakarta will study at Michigan State University, USA.
    7. Aisyah Yasmirafitri Priandi, Department of Fine Arts, FSR ISI Yogyakarta will study at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Spain.
    8. Maula Waytisi Kirana, Music Study Program, FSP ISI Yogyakarta will study at Universiti Malaya, Malaysia.

Seeing the benefits of this IISMA program encouraged ISI Yogyakarta students to take part in the IISMA 2022 selection. Of the participants who registered, 8 students passed and were given the opportunity to study for one semester at universities abroad.
