The Rector of ISI Yogyakarta, Prof. Dr. M. Agus Burhan, M.Hum symbolically handed over the Mars of the Ministry of Cooperatives and UKM to Teten Maskudi as the Minister of Cooperatives and UKM on Tuesday, December 14, 2021. The submission ceremony was also attended by the Management of ISI Yogyakarta, Secretary of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs Arif Rahman Hakim and Head of the Bureau of Performance Management, Organization and Apparatus Human Resources, Bastian. With the presence of this march, it is hoped that it will further encourage cooperative people and small and medium business actors in the country.
Mars Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs is the result of collaboration between ISI Yogyakarta and the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. The lyrics were created by Gunawan, S.E. (Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs), melody and arrangement of mixed voice guidance by Drs. Winarjo Sigro Tjaroko, M.Hum (ISI Yogyakarta Lecturer) and arrangement of orchestra accompaniment by Dr. RM. Singgih Sanjaya, M.Hum.
The event began with the opening by the Secretary of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs Arif Rahman Hakim, Remarks by the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta, Remarks by the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs, discussion of the implementation of cooperation between ISI Yogyakarta and the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs and ended with the symbolic handover of the Mars of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs from the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta to the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs.
The Rector of ISI Yogyakarta, Prof. Dr. M. Agus Burhan, M.Hum. in his speech expressed his gratitude for the trust given by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs to realize the ministry's march. Meanwhile, in his speech, the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs expressed his satisfaction with the resulting march. Furthermore, the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs said that Indonesia's economy should develop based on SMEs and art or culture can be one of the drivers of SMEs in the country. Indonesia can learn from Korea which is able to sell culture and art so as to bring prosperity to its citizens through K-Pop culture.
The event continued with a discussion on the implementation of cooperation between the two institutions. In this discussion, Assistant Rector III of ISI Yogyakarta, Muhamad Sholahuddin, S.Sn., M.T. expressed his gratitude to the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs for facilitating ISI Yogyakarta by sending one of the mentors to assist ISI Yogyakarta in preparing a business incubation development proposal for students. The event ended with a symbolic handover of the sound recording of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs Mars from the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta to the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs accompanied by lecturers who arranged the melody and orchestra music.
