ISI Yogyakarta, 16 October 2025 - Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Yogyakarta organizes Human Resource Development (HR) activities for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) with the status of PNS and PPPK through discipline coaching and national insight. This program took place for two days, 16-17 October 2025, at the Multipurpose Building of ISI Yogyakarta, and became part of efforts to strengthen the character and professionalism of the apparatus within the state university.
The activity was officially opened by the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta, Dr. Irwandi, M.Sn., accompanied by representatives of the Yogyakarta Special Region Police (DIY). In his remarks, the Rector emphasized the importance of fostering discipline and national insight as the basis for ASN ethics and integrity in carrying out public service duties, especially in an academic environment that demands exemplary and high dedication.
"ASN at ISI Yogyakarta is not only required to be professional and responsible in administration and academics, but also must have a national spirit and strong character as a state servant in the field of art education," said Rector Irwandi.

On the first day, the activity was filled with ASN character building and discipline sessions, presenting speakers from the DIY Regional Police, namely Purwani Dijah Utami, S.H., M.M. - Head of Sibinturmas Affairs Ditbinmas Polda DIY and Leo Nisya Sagita, S.I.K.- Head of Subditbintibsos Polda DIY. The material provided is in the form of national insight and state defense, as well as compliance with organizational ethics in carrying out duties as state apparatus.
Through this activity, PPPK is expected to be able to instill the insight and spirit of state defense for the success of tasks and service to the nation and state. With this understanding, PPPK is expected to become state servants with integrity and broad insight for the advancement of Indonesia.
