Bantul, January 2, 2024, starting activities in 2024, the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta, Dr. Irwandi, M.Sn. inaugurated the student dormitory. The inauguration was attended by leaders, lecturers, education staff and students of ISI Yogyakarta. The ceremonial inauguration of the student dormitory began with singing the Indonesia Raya song, remarks from the Rector and ribbon cutting marking the inauguration of the dormitory, closing and hospitality.
The ISI Yogyakarta student dormitory consists of a male student dormitory building with a capacity of 100 rooms, a female student building with a capacity of 88 rooms and a guest dormitory building consisting of 17 rooms. Each room can be occupied by two people or in other words the ISI Yogyakarta student dormitory can accommodate 410 people.
The student dormitory is a new facility owned by ISI Yogyakarta in order to improve the quality of student services, said the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta when giving a speech. The existence of this dormitory allows students to live close to campus so that the time used for learning can be optimized. He also said that the student dormitory is one of ISI Yogyakarta's capital to go to the Public Service Agency.
At the end of the event the Rector, Vice Rector, Deans and Assistant Deans at ISI Yogyakarta went around the student dormitory to check the condition of the dormitory. After years of construction, finally the ISI Yogyakarta student dormitory is ready for use.
