Yogyakarta, September 10, 2024 - Photography Study Program FSMR ISI Yogyakarta held a two-day workshop aimed at increasing cooperation with World of Business and Industry (DUDI) partners in supporting the Merdeka Campus Competition Program (PK-KM). The workshop was held at Gallery Prawirotaman Hotel and presented two speakers, Mr. Agus Mulyono, S.P., M.T. Secretary of the DIY Cooperative and UKM Office, and Mrs. Dani Ika Suryandani, owner of "Keewa Shoes."
Mr. Agus Mulyono, S.P., M.T stated that this collaboration is very important for students in preparing their careers. Through internships and collaboration with the DIY UKM Cooperative Office, students will gain practical experience and relevant skills. "14 FSMR Photography Study Program students will be placed in four different divisions to gain real experience in the industrial world," he explained.
Ms. Dani Ika Suryandani also emphasized that cooperation with the world of education is very beneficial for both parties. "Students who intern at our business will gain competencies that are not obtained on campus, while the industry also feels their contribution," she said.
Photography Study Program FSMR ISI Yogyakarta has invited and signed Implementation of Arrangement (IA) with a number of strategic partners to strengthen the student learning process. This collaboration aims to support the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program, especially in the form of internships and independent studies for students.
Some of the partners involved in the signing of the IA include Keewa Shoes, DIY Cooperative and SME Office, Greenhost Boutique Hotel, Westlake Hotel, Bantul Regency Tourism Office, Majulantjar Creative Labs, Jonas Studio Bandung, and File Studio. This collaboration is expected to provide opportunities for students to gain industrial experience and improve their practical competence. (PKKM FT Team)
