Bantul Inclusive Carnival is one of the activities held in an effort to achieve the Unesco 2023 Creative City version of Bantul. Bantul Regency continues to roll out various activities that support the development of the creative economy ecosystem. Bantul Inclusive Carnival involves various existing stakeholders such as the Regional Government, Schools, Higher Education and the Community.
The selection of Gabusan Art and Tourism Market as the end of the cirque journey to further strengthen the existence of Gabusan Art and Tourism Market as a sales center for creative economy products. Gabusan Art and Tourism Market is the locus of Creative Hub because of its strategic location as the main road for the people of Bantul to and from Yogyakarta City and Sleman Regency. Hopefully, by organizing this carnival, Bantul will be able to be selected as one of the Creative Cities by Unesco 2023.
