Terms and procedures of the auction:
- Bidders are required to deposit the security deposit to the Virtual Account (VA) number of each bidder provided that the amount deposited must be the same as the security deposit required in this announcement and deposited at once (not in installments) and must be effectively received by KPKNL Yogyakarta no later than 1 (one) day before the auction. VA numbers are obtained after the bidders follow the registration process and the identity data is declared valid.
- The auction winner is obliged to pay off the auction principal plus the auction fee no later than 5 (five) working days after the auction, if not paid off the security deposit will be deposited into the State Treasury.
- The auction can be canceled in accordance with the provisions and bidders are not entitled to claim compensation or claims in any form to the KPKNL Yogyakarta or the Institute of Arts.

ADDITIONAL AUCTION CONDITIONS
Hereby explain that the State Property (BMN) in the form of building/building 1 (One) Unit
Class II State House Building Type B 120m Area2 and 5 (Five) Building Units of State House Type C with an Area of 350m2 located in Klidon, Sukoharjo, Ngaglik, Sleman, D.I. Yogyakarta which is auctioned and will be demolished with the following conditions:
- Buildings should be dismantled to the ground and brought to a clean state.
- Buildings that are demolished are buildings that stand other than fences.
- If there are physical or non-physical deficiencies / damages, the Bidder / Buyer has no right to refuse or withdraw after the purchase is authorized and waives all rights to claim losses for anything whatsoever to the Yogyakarta KPKNL and the Yogyakarta Institute of Arts Indonesia.
- The auction winner is obliged to pay off the purchase price and auction fees which must be effectively received by KPKNL Yogyakarta no later than 5 (five) working days after the auction. In case of default or failure to settle the payment obligation in accordance with the above provisions, the security deposit will be deposited to the State Treasury.
- The dismantling time is 20 (twenty) calendar days from the deadline for the implementation of the Auction, and the condition after dismantling must be flat ground and the remaining demolition must be disposed of elsewhere.
