Based on the Circular Letter of the Governor of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Number 29/SE/V/2021 dated May 18, 2021 concerning Listening to the National Anthem Indonesia Raya, in order to increase the spirit of nationalism and to strengthen the unity and integrity of the nation and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, it is conveyed to all Heads of Work Units within the Institut Seni Indonesia to:
- Listening to the National Anthem Indonesia Raya one stanza to be played at every 07.30 WIB or every morning when starting official activities.
- Every person present when the National Anthem Indonesia Raya is played and/or sung, must stand upright in a respectful manner.
