Based on Circular Letter of the Governor of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Number 30/SE/V/2021 dated May 18, 2021 concerning Extension of the Implementation of Work Procedures for State Civil Apparatus within the Regional Government of the Special Region of Yogyakarta during the Corona Pandemic. Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19), and pay attention:

therefore it is necessary to extend the twelfth Rector's Circular Letter Number 1413/IT4/HK/2021 dated May 17, 2021 concerning Limited Tightening of the Work System of State Civil Apparatus within the Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta.
The regulation of the implementation of activity restrictions to control the spread of Covid-19 in the ISI Yogyakarta environment are as follows:
- The teaching-learning process for lecturers is conducted online.
- Leaders (Rector, Assistant Rector, Dean, Assistant Dean, Postgraduate Director, Assistant Director, Postgraduate Program Manager, Head of Department / Head of Study Program, Secretary of Department / Secretary of Study Program, Head of LPPM, Head of Bureau, and Head of UPT Library) must be present at least 2 days per week.
- The process of implementing the official activities of education personnel and administrative contract personnel is carried out online and offline by implementing working from home for 50% and working in the office for 50%, by strictly enforcing health protocols.
- The duties of security guards and cleaning personnel are regulated by the head of each work unit.
- Leaders of work units (Dean, Postgraduate Director, Head of LPPM, Head of Bureau, and Head of UPT Library) are required to organize their respective units in the management / assignment of tasks to handle governance, administration, cleanliness, and security with a picket or shift system.
- Each employee submits their work report to their direct supervisor every day via Email or WA.
- Meeting activities that cannot be postponed should refer to health protocols.
If there is urgent work that requires immediate completion, please arrange it with the head of each work unit. Therefore, communication tools should always be in active condition.
This circular is valid from May 25 - 31, 2021, and will be evaluated accordingly.
