On Wednesday, June 12, 2019, a ceremony was held to hand over the 2018 Formation of Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) in the ISI Yogyakarta environment. The event took place in Meeting Room 3, 3rd Floor Rectorate Building, which was attended by the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta, Prof. Dr. M. Agus Burhan, M.Hum., along with the leadership of ISI Yogyakarta.
The event began with a report on the implementation of the acceptance of Civil Servant Candidates for lecturers and education staff by Assistant Rector II, Drs. Hartono, M.Sn as Chairperson of the Civil Servant Candidate Acceptance Committee ISI Yogyakarta 2018. On this day, SK was handed over to 49 CPNS, with details in the Faculty of Fine Arts as many as 8 lecturers and 2 education staff, in the Faculty of Performing Arts as many as 23 lecturers, in the Faculty of Recording Media Arts as many as 14 lecturers, and 2 education staff at the Rectorate.
In the briefing and debriefing delivered by the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta, he emphasized that as CPNS they should devote themselves to the interests of the nation and state through their respective professional fields and continue to develop themselves to foster careers. Furthermore, as servants of the state and society in the pluralistic ISI Yogyakarta environment, it is required to prioritize tolerance and togetherness in various fields and not sow seeds of radicalism that can cause division. "For lecturers and education personnel, it is expected to foster the spirit to continue to develop and improve quality through further study, education and training, so as to support the smooth running of their careers. In addition, it is necessary to continue to improve work ethic, be responsible, and comply with regulations and codes of ethics within ISI Yogyakarta, "he explained.
