ISI Yogyakarta presented Konfir Kabo, an art collector from Australia as a guest speaker for a public lecture held on Friday, January 31, 2025, at the Sasana Aji Yasa Building, FSRD ISI Yogyakarta. This public lecture was attended by the Rector, leaders in the ISI Yogyakarta environment and ISI Yogyakarta students. The public lecture with the material "Art Diplomacy" was attended by more than 150 students.
According to Konfir Kabo, art acts as a powerful cultural ambassador, showcasing Indonesia's richness and diversity to the international arena. By connecting various cultural backgrounds, art is able to build bridges of understanding between nations and increase Indonesia's prestige and reputation in the eyes of the world.
