FSMR ISI Yogyakarta is not only targeting universities for international collaboration but also targeting art support ecosystems such as museums. Initially, it was planned to collaborate with photography museums such as the Center for Contemporary Photography and the Museum of Australian Photography (MAPh) and Australia's National Museum of Screen Culture (ACMI), but due to technical reasons and other matters that fall under the authority of the museum, exploring cooperation can only be done with ACMI. Maggie Tekell as Grants Manager of ACMI stated that she is open to working together such as the utilization of cinema space for exhibition and film screening activities as well as other forms such as student internships.
