Yogyakarta - The S1 Art Management Study Program of the Faculty of Fine Arts ISI Yogyakarta again held a Final Project Examination for its students. This exam agenda is related to the creation of an art event management model. This time one of the final exams was carried out by Anggieta Maharani Soerio (NIM. 1910195026). Anggi carried out the exam on the creation of the management of an Art Collaboration Performance entitled "MELUMAT LIMIT: Embodiment". This agenda was held at Bale Black Box Laboratorium Yogyakarta on Monday, May 20, 2024, at 19.00 - finish.
"Melumat Limit" is a collaborative performance by several artists from Yogyakarta and Jakarta. They collaborate performance art, visual art and recording media art. It needs to be interpreted as an effort to fight and defeat boundaries. Although not completely eliminating them. In the end, limitations become a spur for artists' creativity to trigger new debates.
In this event, Anggieta Maharani Soerio acted as Production Lead. This vital role has been carried out since the last two semesters of 2023-2024. In the performance or exhibition opened by Dr. Mikke Susanto, S.Sn., M.A., 8 artists participated. They include Abugrey, Ahmad Adi Nugroho, Brema Claudio Evertama S., Egia Reskinta Alman Kacaribu, Haryo Nugroho, I Gusti Ketut Alit Arya Putra, Rheza Oktavia, and Try Anggara.
The music composer was Vima Fernandez. In this agenda, Anggi also invited a special performance with Bangkit and Berkarya. Not forgetting as the writer is Topan Adi Saputra.
During the 2-semester process, Anggi was accompanied by 2 supervisors, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Dana, S.S.T., M.Hum. and Arinta Agustina, S.Sn., M.A. The role of supervisors is very important as academic direction and support as well as a medium for exchanging experiences.
