All forms of violence including sexual violence are in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 46 of 2023 concerning Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence in the Education Unit Environment, that all citizens are entitled to protection.
To implement protection from violence that occurs in the education unit environment, prevention and handling of violence is carried out which considers the rights of students in obtaining a friendly, safe, comfortable, and pleasant education unit environment for students, educators, education personnel, and other education unit residents.
With the aforementioned considerations, the Rector of Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Yogyakarta needs to form a Task Force for the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence within the Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Yogyakarta in 2023 with the Decree of the Rector of Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta Number 491/IT4/HK/2023 dated September 26, 2023 concerning the Task Force for the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence within the Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta in 2023, with the following membership composition:

The Task Force for the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence at Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Yogyakarta is in charge:
- Provide assistance to victims or witnesses who are students, educators, education personnel, and campus residents;
- Protect victims or witnesses who are students, educators, education personnel, and campus residents;
- Providing administrative sanctions in the event that the perpetrator is proven to have committed Sexual Violence by a High Leader Decree based on the recommendation of the Task Force;
- Provide counseling programs at institutions designated by the Task Force;
- Prepare a recommendation letter as the basis for the Higher Education Leader for administrative sanctions.
