ABOUT
SINGLE TUITION ASSISTANCE (UKT) ODD SEMESTER 2021/2022
FOR STUDENTS AFFECTED BY THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Following up on the Advanced Socialization of Single Tuition Assistance (UKT) in 2021 by the Minister of Finance, Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, and Minister of Religion on August 4, 2021, it is conveyed that students in semesters III, V, and VII who are really affected by the covid-19 pandemic can apply for UKT assistance for the 2021/2022 odd semester.
Submission of the application letter is addressed to the Rector by attaching the following requirements:
1.Application Letter to the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta (stamped Rp. 10,000, )
2. Certificate of Parents' Income Condition:
a. For parents/guardians who work in private institutions/companies must submit: Â
- Evidence of a decrease in turnover from the head of the institution/company where you work, or
- Proof of income of parents/guardians before and after the covid-19 pandemic from institutions/companies, or
- Proof of Termination of Employment for parents/guardians who work in private institutions/companies.
b. For parents/guardians who work or have a business/self-employment from the informal sector that has receded due to the pandemic, make a statement authorized by the Head of Village/Lurah.
3. Copy/scan of Family Card.
Application letters and supporting documents are uploaded no later than August 12, 2021 through https://archive.isi.ac.id/bantuan-ukt The submission letter will be verified by the Verifier Team. Verification results will be announced on the website https://archive.isi.ac.id
