Students of the ISI Yogyakarta Dance Department who are members of the Cecakal dance group won 3rd place in the Grand Final of the iForte National Dance Competition "Inspirasi Diri" 2025 which was held on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at the Main Atrium Grand Indonesia (East Mall), Jakarta.
The Grand Final featured 30 finalist teams from 15 regions in Indonesia who competed in two categories: high school and university students. The participants performed Nusantara-themed choreography with the obligatory song "Inspirasi Diri," a collaboration between iForte, Yura Yunita and Eross Candra.
As one of the winners, Cecakal will have the opportunity to perform on the Cultural Fair Stage in the Sabang Merauke Performance - The Indonesian Broadway 2025.
