The Photography Study Program at ISI Yogyakarta held a training titled "Customer Acquisition" for independent student entrepreneurial groups of Merdeka Campus Competition Program (PKKM) on 31 October 2024. The event aims to equip young entrepreneurs with essential skills in attracting and retaining new customers, which is key to business success.
The two-hour training was led by Azmi from File Academy, an expert in customer acquisition. In this session, students learned various techniques such as approaching potential customers, building trust, and creating a great customer experience. In addition, they were also provided with insights on customer acquisition costs (customer acquisition cost or CAC), which is an important basis for measuring the success of a marketing strategy.
"Customer acquisition is not only about getting new customers, but also how to keep them loyal," said Azmi. This training is expected to provide practical insights for ISI Yogyakarta students in developing their business independently and competitively. (PKKM FT Team)
