Terms and procedures of the auction:
- Bidders are required to deposit the security deposit to the Virtual Account (VA) number of each bidder provided that the amount deposited must be the same as the security deposit required in this announcement and deposited at once (not in installments) and must be effectively received by KPKNL Yogyakarta no later than 1 (one) day before the auction. VA numbers are obtained after the bidders follow the registration process and the identity data is declared valid.
- The auction winner is obliged to pay off the auction principal plus 2% auction fee no later than 5 (five) working days after the auction, if not paid off the security deposit will be deposited into the State Treasury.
- The auction can be canceled in accordance with the provisions and bidders are not entitled to claim compensation or claims in any form to KPKNL Yogyakarta or Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta - Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia.
- The auction object is sold in as is condition according to the photo and specifications about the auction object can be seen on:
