UPT Library ISI Yogyakarta held a Graduation Service Socialization to prospective graduates of the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. This socialization was held online using the Zoom Meeting application at 13.00 to 15.00 WIB. The socialization material was delivered by Isti Suratmi, A.Md., Supervisor Librarian UPT Library ISI Yogyakarta. . At this time the socialization was attended by approximately 200 prospective graduates.
The Graduation Service Socialization event began with reading prayers, singing the Indonesia Raya song, remarks from the Head of the ISI Yogyakarta Library and the core event of delivering graduation service socialization material. In his remarks, the Head of UPT Library ISI Yogyakarta thanked the prospective graduates for their willingness to attend the socialization event and the willingness of the speakers to deliver the material and the cooperation of the committee so that this event could be held as expected. The event ended with the delivery of socialization material by Isti Suratmi, A.Md., on this occasion she delivered material on library free services, independent uploading of final assignments into the institutional repository and book donations.
To be able to take part in the graduation procession at ISI Yogyakarta, prospective graduates must go through several procedures. One of the procedures that must be passed is the graduation service at the UPT Library. Graduation services at the ISI Yogyakarta Library include library free services, independent uploads and book donations. With this socialization, it is hoped that it will provide a clear picture to prospective graduates about the requirements that need to be prepared so that they can easily obtain a letter of free library, independent upload, book donation as one of the graduation requirements.
Socialization of Graduation Services to prospective graduates is carried out regularly every time they enter the graduation period. With this socialization, it is hoped that it will facilitate prospective graduates in fulfilling the various requirements required by the library.
