ISI Yogyakarta Performing Arts Education Achieves “OUTSTANDING” Accreditation from LAMDIK, Strengthening Position as a National Reputable Arts Campus

Yogyakarta, March 3, 2026 - Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Yogyakarta has once again strengthened its reputation as a leading arts college in Indonesia. The Performing Arts Education Study Program in the Undergraduate Program officially received an accreditation rating of “EXCELLENT” with a score of 361 from the Education Self-Accreditation Agency (LAMDIK).

The determination is stated in LAMDIK Decree Number 302/SK/LAMDIK/Ak/S/II/2026 concerning the Accreditation Rating of the Performing Arts Education Study Program at the Undergraduate Program of the Indonesian Institute of Arts Yogyakarta, Bantul Regency PSP Accreditation 2026-2031.

The decision stated that the UNGGUL accreditation rating is valid from February 28, 2026 to February 27, 2031 PSP Accreditation 2026-2031. This achievement is proof of national recognition of the quality of governance, quality of learning, lecturer competence, curriculum based on national standards of higher education, and tridarma outcomes produced by the Performing Arts Education Study Program at ISI Yogyakarta.

Recognition of Academic Quality and Governance

“Excellent” accreditation is the highest rank in the higher education quality assurance system in Indonesia. This predicate indicates that ISI Yogyakarta's Performing Arts Education Study Program has met and exceeded the quality standards set out in the national regulation of higher education, including compliance with the National Higher Education Standards and the LAM-based study program accreditation mechanism.

This achievement also strengthens ISI Yogyakarta's position as an institution that not only excels in the practice and creation of art, but also in the development of professional, systematic, and quality-oriented art education for graduates.
