We hereby inform you that learning at ISI Yogyakarta starting the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year is held with limited face-to-face learning while still implementing health protocols, and / or online learning. In organizing learning, the health and safety of campus residents (students, lecturers, education staff) and the surrounding community must be prioritized.
Face-to-face learning is organized in stages with the following provisions:
1. Face-to-face learning phase I starts on September 27, 2021 for third and fifth semester students. Face-to-face learning phase II starts on October 11, 2021 for students in semester I, Semester VII, and students preparing for their final project.
2. Face-to-face learning is only held for practical courses.
3. Use of the studio/laboratory is at a maximum of 50% room capacity and a maximum of 25 students per lecture. For classes with more than 25 students, it is divided into several classes.
4. There is no objection from parents/guardians for students who attend face-to-face learning, evidenced by a stamped statement letter from parents/guardians.

5. Students, lecturers, and staff who carry out activities on campus must:
a. have received at least one vaccination
b. Those who have not been vaccinated are not allowed to participate in face-to-face learning.
6. Students who are not willing to do face-to-face learning can choose online learning;
7. Students from outside the region / abroad must ensure that they are in good health, conduct a 14-day self-quarantine or take a swab test.
8. Students, Lecturers, and Staff must take precautions to prevent the spread of Covid-19 by:
a. use 3 (three) layers of cloth masks or disposable masks\surgical masks that cover the nose and mouth;
b. implementing a minimum distance of 1.5 (one point five) meters between people;
c. implementing efforts to care for each other, maintain and protect each other;
d. practicing proper cough/sneeze etiquette;
e. in the event that a case of positive confirmation of Covid-19 is found in a particular class, the Dean will temporarily stop face-to-face learning in the area confirmed positive for Covid-19 until conditions are safe.
This Circular Letter is effective as of September 27, 2021 and will be evaluated in accordance with developments. This circular letter is submitted for attention and implementation as appropriate.
