Berdasarkan Surat Instruksi Gubernur DIY Nomor: 2/INSTR/2021 tanggal 11 Januari 2021 tentang Kebijakan Pengetatan Secara Terbatas Kegiatan Masyarakat di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, serta memperhatikan:

1. Circular Letter of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Education and Culture Number 1 of 2021 concerning the Re-enactment of Time Periods and Restrictions on Outside Activities at the Ministry of Education and Culture.
2. Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 01 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Activity Restrictions for the Control of the Spread of Covid-19.
3. Circular Letter of the Secretary General Number 20 of 2020 dated June 4, 2020 concerning the Work System of Employees of the Ministry of Education and Culture in the New Normal Order.
4. Circular Letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 58 of 2020 dated May 29, 2020 concerning the Work System of State Civil Apparatus Employees in the New Normal Order.
5. Circular Letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 57 of 2020 dated May 28, 2020 concerning the Fourth Amendment to Circular Letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 19 of 2020 concerning Adjustments to the Work System of State Civil Apparatus in Efforts to Prevent the Spread of Coronavirus Covid-19 in the Government Agency Environment.
6. Letter of the Director General of Higher Education Number 262/E.E2/KM/2020 dated March 23, 2020 concerning Learning During the Pandemic Emergency Period Covid-19.
7. Surat Keputusan Gubernur Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Nomor : 388/KEP/2020 tanggal   22 Desember 2020 tentang Penetapan Perpanjangan Kedelapan Status Tanggap Darurat Bencana Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
8. Surat Keputusan Bupati Bantul Nomor 678 Tahun 2020 tanggal 29 Desember 2020 tentang Perpanjangan Kedelapan Status Tanggap Darurat Bencana Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) in Bantul Regency.
9. Surat Edaran Rektor Nomor : 6722/IT4/HK/2020, tanggal 30 Desember 2020 tentang Perpanjangan Ketigabelas Sistem Kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara dalam Tahapan Tatanan Normal Baru di Lingkungan Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta

maka perlu mengubah Surat Edaran Rektor Nomor 58/IT4/HK/2021 tanggal 8 Januari 2021 tentang Pengetatan Secara Terbatas Sistem Kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di Lingkungan Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta.

The regulation of the implementation of activity restrictions to control the spread of Covid-19 in the ISI Yogyakarta environment are as follows:

1. The teaching-learning process for lecturers is conducted online.
2. Leaders (Rector, Assistant Rector, Dean, Assistant Dean, Postgraduate Director, Assistant Director, Postgraduate Program Manager, Head of Department / Head of Study Program, Secretary of Department / Secretary of Study Program, Head of LPPM, Head of Bureau, and Head of UPT Library) must be present at least 2 days per week.
3. The process of implementing the official activities of education personnel and administrative contract personnel is carried out online and offline by implementing working from home for 75% and working in the office for 25%, by enforcing stricter health protocols.
4. The duties of security guards and cleaning personnel are regulated by the head of each work unit.
5. Leaders of work units (Dean, Postgraduate Director, Head of LPPM, Head of Bureau, and Head of UPT Library) are required to organize their respective units in the management / assignment of tasks to handle governance, administration, cleanliness, and security with a picket or shift system.
6. Each employee submits their work report to their direct supervisor every day via Email or WA.
7. Meeting activities that cannot be postponed should refer to health protocols.

If there is urgent work and requires immediate completion, please be arranged by the head of each work unit.. Therefore, communication devices should always be in active condition.

Surat edaran ini berlaku dari tanggal 13 – 25 Januari 2021, dan akan dievaluasi sesuai dengan perkembangan.
