FOR UKT ODD SEMESTER 2020/2021

FOR STUDENTS AFFECTED BY THE COVID PANDEMIC - 19

Following up on the letter from the Head of the Education Financing Service Center of the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 0606 / J5 / BP / 2020 concerning Quota for Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) Lectures and UKT Assistance in 2020, it is conveyed that students in semesters III, V, and VII who are affected by the co-19 pandemic can apply for a UKT exemption for one semester through the KIP Lecture scheme. 

Students who are really affected by the covid-19 pandemic can apply for UKT exemption for the 2020/2021 Academic Semester by submitting an Application Letter for Lecture KIP to the Chancellor by attaching the following conditions.

  1. Disadvantaged Certificate (SKTM) from the village or Family Hope Program (PKH) card, or Prosperous Family Card (KKS) from the Social Service Office.
  2. Certificate of Parents' Income Condition:

a.1 Parents/guardians who work in private institutions are required to submit evidence of a decrease in turnover from the head of the workplace institution, or

a.2 Proof of income of parents/guardians before and after the covid-19 pandemic from the institution, or

a.3 Proof of Termination of Employment for parents/guardians working in private institutions.

b. For parents/guardians who work or have a business/self-employment from the informal sector that has receded, make a statement authorized by the Village Head/Lurah;

3. Copy/scan of Family Card.

4. Copy/scan of Student Card

5. Copy/scan of Resident Card

Application letter and supporting documents uploaded no later than August 14 via https://archive.isi.ac.id/kipkpandemi. The submission letter will be verified by the Verifier Team. Verification results will be announced before the UKT payment period on the website https://archive.isi.ac.id
