Based on Circular Letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 57 of 2020 dated May 28, 2020 concerning the Fourth Amendment to Circular Letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 19 of 2020 concerning Adjustment of the State Civil Apparatus Work System in Efforts to Prevent the Spread of Covid-19 within Government Agencies, and taking into account:

- Letter of the Director General of Higher Education Number 262/E.E2/KM/2020 dated March 23, 2020 concerning Learning During the Covid-19 Pandemic Emergency Period.
