Dear.

Related to the Development of Information about Corona disease and Based on:

  1. Circular Letter of Plt. Director General of Higher Education no. 1 of 2020 concerning Prevention of Dissemination of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) in Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture;
  2. Letter from the Minister of Education and Culture No. 36962/MPK.A/HK/2020 dated March 17, 2020 regarding Online Learning and Working from Home in the Context of Preventing the Spread of Coronavirus Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19)

then the following steps are taken:

  1. Heads of work units (Deans, Postgraduate Directors, Heads of LPPM, Heads of UPT Libraries, and Heads of Bureaus) are requested to keep lecturers, education staff, contract staff, and students following the covid-19 prevention protocol submitted by the Presidential Staff Office.
  2. Ensure that control, vigilance, and handling of the spread of Covid-19 in the work unit have been properly implemented in accordance with the Circular Letter of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 2 of 2020 and Number 3 of 2020 concerning Prevention and Handling of Covid-19. Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19), dated March 9, 2020.
  3. Postpone the organization of events that invite many participants or replace them with Video Conference or other online communication.
  4. Employees and Lecturers conduct work, teaching, or lecture activities from home (Working From Home / BPD) through video conferencing, digital documents, and other online tools. BDR implementation does not affect performance allowances)
  5. When coming to the office/campus, lecturers, staff and students should not use mass public transportation.
  6. Lecturers and education personnel who return from assignments/study assignments/overseas trips/areas of the Covid-19 pandemic or are in a state of illness are requested to quarantine themselves by taking leave for important reasons for 7 (seven) calendar days and are requested to conduct a self-examination at the nearest health facility and report the results of the examination to the direct supervisor concerned.
  7. Work unit leaders are required to organize their respective units in the management/assignment of tasks to handle governance, administration, cleanliness, and security with a picket or shift system, with the provision of at least 2 (two) people per section or study program.

The implementation of the BDR as intended is carried out until March 31, 2020 and will be further evaluated in accordance with developments.
Thus this awareness letter is submitted to be implemented as well as possible.
