Monday (29/4), ISI Yogyakarta held a press conference in the framework of the XXXV Anniversary and New Student Admissions for the 2019/2020 Academic Year. Dies Natalis XXXV Lustrum VII ISI Yogyakarta 2019 this time takes the theme "Artificial Intelligence in Art in the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0". The theme of the industrial revolution 4.0 was deliberately raised as a reflection based on phenomena that occur in Indonesia and the world. In his remarks, the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta, Prof. Dr. M. Agus Burhan, M.Hum., said that the industrial revolution 4.0 is an integration between the online internet world and the world of business or production in an industry that has the ability to support all fields, including one in the academic world. There are five main technologies that will support the implementation of Industry 4.0, namely internet of things, artificial intelligence, human-machine interfacerobot and sensor technology and 3D printing technology. As for artificial intelligence Artificial intelligence is currently moving and progressing very rapidly in various fields of human life. By combining artificial intelligence and natural human intelligence, individual potential can be maximized. It is possible to be able to get extraordinary achievements. As an art institution that produces art products, "ISI Yogyakarta needs to make improvements and developments related to information technology supported by infrastructure and competent human resources in their fields," he said.
