This information is intended for all ISI Yogyakarta students to enable them to prepare for the academic process in a timely, planned, and compliant manner with applicable regulations.

As a leading art higher education institution in Indonesia, ISI Yogyakarta continues to foster a disciplined and professional academic culture. The open dissemination of academic schedules is a crucial part of the institution's efforts to ensure all stages of educational services run smoothly, from graduation, re-enrollment applications, re-registration, to consultation for filling out the Study Plan Card (KRS).

In the academic calendar for the Odd Semester of 2026/2027, there are several important agendas that students need to be aware of. Online Graduation Registration for the Odd Semester of 2026/2027 will take place from June 26 to July 11, 2026. This stage is part of the digital academic services designed to make it easier for students to complete graduation administration processes more effectively.

Next, from July 13 to 17, 2026, ISI Yogyakarta will open the Re-enrollment Period for Active Students. This service is intended for students who were previously inactive, on leave, or absent, allowing them to return to academic activities according to the established procedures.

During the same period, July 13-17, 2026, graduating students are also required to submit their graduation files at the Rectorate's Education Department. The completeness of these documents is an important part of ensuring that the graduation administration verification process runs smoothly and according to schedule.

The next stage is the re-registration for the Fall 2026/2027 Semester Payment Period, which will take place from July 20 to August 7, 2026. Students are expected to pay attention to this payment period to maintain their active academic status and participate in the new semester's courses without administrative issues.

The KRS (Study Plan) Consultation is scheduled for August 10-14, 2026. During this phase, students can consult with their academic advisors to ensure that the study plan they choose aligns with the curriculum, learning outcomes, and the competency development direction of their respective study programs.

Through the delivery of this academic information, ISI Yogyakarta invites all students to be more proactive in observing every important schedule. Accuracy in following academic stages not only supports the smooth running of student studies but also strengthens a well-ordered, high-quality, and competitive art education ecosystem.

With increasingly structured academic management, ISI Yogyakarta continues to strengthen its position as a leading center for higher art education. The campus not only focuses on developing creativity and artistic competence, but also builds an institutional culture that is professional, adaptive, and capable of meeting the needs of art education in the modern era.

ISI Yogyakarta hopes all students can utilize this information as the main guideline in preparing for the Odd Semester of 2026/2027. Student discipline in following each academic stage is an important part of realizing a smooth, productive, and high-quality art education process.
