This debriefing activity was opened by Dr. Irwandi, M.Sn. as the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta. Students and supervisors will start the P3Wilsen program from July 29 to August 30, 2024.

Through this forum, students, accompanying lecturers and representatives of the village government or art actors discuss to inventory the potential of art and the problems faced while trying to find alternative solutions so as to maximize the potential of art owned.

In 2024, ISI Yogyakarta students will be deployed to 10 villages in Yogyakarta province, 9 villages in Central Java province and 1 village in Central Java province, said the Head of the Institute for Community Service (LPM) ISI Yogyakarta, Dr. Eli Irawati, S.Sn., M.A., when giving a speech. Furthermore, she conveyed that 115 students from various study programs at ISI Yogyakarta will be assigned to develop the artistic potential of the village.

According to the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta, Dr. Irwandi, M.Sn., P3Wilsen is one of the programs of the Institute for Community Service (LPM) ISI Yogyakarta which is superior in the field of community service. P3Wilsen implements a program of fostering and developing art areas in the community that is synergistic and integrated with the fields of education and research (Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi) in line with the development of culturally oriented science and technology, both through the process of intellectual transformation and skills.

Through this program, students gain real experience when facing various problems that are not encountered on campus and how to overcome them. Therefore, along with other activities such as research and education that have been built intracurricularly on campus, this non-curricular program allows to further improve students' ability to apply art in social life. Through this program, students are expected to implement the knowledge gained on campus. P3Wilsen is intended to encourage and train students in developing creativity, entrepreneurship, leadership, and art management skills, as well as gaining learning experiences that are in accordance with their competencies. Furthermore, students are expected to foster and develop the potential of art in a certain area or region, so that it has the potential to become creative industries that can empower the community's economy.
