The Dean of the Faculty of Recording Media Arts, ISI Yogyakarta, Dr. Edial Rusli, S.E., M.Sn. opened the Student Creation Exhibition entitled "Sailing to Anchor" on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at the Concrete Stage, FSMR ISI Yogyakarta. The exhibition entitled "Sailing to Anchor" consists of photography exhibition activities, film and animation screening, illustration poster exhibition, live draw, bazaar, live mural, talk show and showcase. This exhibition was held due to the collaboration of students from the Class of 2023 from all study programs in FSRM ISI Yogyakarta. The works displayed in the exhibition are also the work of students of the Class of 2023.
The implementation of this exhibition is a means for students to learn to organize exhibitions and organizations, said Arif Sulistiyono, M.Sn in his remarks as Assistant Dean III in charge of student affairs. In the process of learning to organize exhibitions and organizations if there are shortcomings and differences of opinion, it is something natural, added Arif Sulistiyono, M.Sn. This learning process will shape students to have the competence to organize art events such as exhibitions and organizations.
In his remarks, the Dean of the Faculty of Recording Media Arts, ISI Yogyakarta, Dr. Edial Rusli, S.E., M.Sn. expressed his gratitude for the efforts made by the students to organize the exhibition. Hopefully, the efforts that your fellow students have made will have a positive impact on increasing your competence as young artists in the field of recording media arts.
The Student Creation Exhibition will be held from January 17 to 20, 2024, in the FSRM ISI Yogyakarta. This exhibition is open to the general public.
