ISI Yogyakarta held a socialization of the Merdeka Campus Learning Program rolled out by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology to students on November 16, 2023 at the ISI Yogyakarta Art Laboratory Building. The socialization of MBKM presented speakers Oscar Samaratungga, SE, M.Sn, Dindin Heryadin, M.Sn, Agung Wicaksono, S.Sn, M.Sn, Dilla Octavianingrum, S.Pd, M.Pd, Fransisca Sherly Taju, S.Sn, M.Sn and Nugroho, S.Kom. This socialization was guided by moderator Hangga Hardhika, M.Des and opened by Dr. Irwandi, M.Sn. as the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta. The socialization of MBKM was held as an effort to provide a clear description of MBKM to students.
MBKM is an innovation created by the Ministry of Education and Research and launched a policy to transform the higher education system in Indonesia to produce more relevant graduates. MBKM consists of several programs including Internships and Independent Studies, Teaching Campus, Independent Student Exchange, Independent Entrepreneurship and Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards. The resource person Oscar Samaratungga, SE, M.Sn. delivered material about "Certified Internships and Independent Studies", Dindin Heryadin, M.Sn. delivered material about "Independent Student Exchange", Agung Wicaksono, S.Sn., M.Sn. delivered material about "Student Research and Humanitarian Projects", Dilla Octavianingrum, S.Pd., M.Pd. delivered material on "Campus Teaching", Fransisca Sherly Taju, S.Sn., M.Sn. delivered material on "Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards" and Nugroho, S.Kom delivered material on "Academic and Student Information Systems and PDDIKTI).
By presenting the various materials above, it is hoped that students will get a clear picture of MBKM. A clear picture of MBKM is expected to motivate students to participate in various programs offered and take advantage of the implementation of MBKM.
