Based on the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 53 of 2022 dated December 30, 2022 concerning Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) in the Transition Period Towards Endemic, we hereby convey that:
- The implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) is declared to be stopped since the signing of this Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs.
- In order to keep the spread under control Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) and prevent a surge in cases, it is necessary to transition to endemic conditions by being proactive, persuasive, focused, and coordinated and taking the following steps: Health Protocols, Surveillance, Vaccination and Public Communication.
This Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs shall come into force on the date of its enactment provided that when this Instruction comes into force then:
- Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 50 of 2022 concerning the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities in Conditions Corona Virus Disease 2019 in the Java and Bali Region, is revoked and declared invalid.
- Rector's Circular Letter Number 7766 / IT4 / HK / 2022 dated December 6, 2022 concerning the Implementation of Level 1 Restrictions on Community Activities in Conditions Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) within the Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta, on December 6, 2022 - January 9, 2023, is declared invalid.
Thus to be implemented with full responsibility, and will be evaluated in accordance with developments.
