The Inauguration of Certain Functional Officials within the Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta was held on Tuesday, October 29, 2020. The inauguration took place at 09.00 WIB until 11.00 WIB. A total of 2 officials in the Art Laboratory and Concert Hall consisting of the chairman and secretary, and the transfer of Administrative Officials who are equal to Certain Functional Officials in the ISI Yogyakarta environment as many as 42 people consisting of 21 people from the Rectorate, 3 people from LPM, 2 people from UPT Library, 5 people from FSR, 5 people from FSP and 5 people from FSMR have been officially inaugurated by the Rector of Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta at the Concert Hall ISI Yogyakarta offline while still paying attention. social distancing and health protocols to stop the spread of the covid-19 virus.
The atmosphere of the inauguration at this time was a little different, because the taking of the oath / pledge of office only presented 3 clergy from the Ministry of Religion and 2 witnesses, namely the Vice Rector I and Vice Rector II of ISI Yogyakarta to witness the inauguration and take the oath / pledge of office.
In his remarks, the Rector of Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta conveyed a message that the officials who were appointed were able to carry out their duties and improve their performance well at the ISI Yogyakarta institution. The management of facilities and infrastructure that support education as a conceptor in the new art laboratories and Concert Hall is growing and requires strong management, given the higher frequency of activities, both units and facilities and infrastructure must be managed productively to be able to produce quality art activities both in the capacity of their activities or academic utilization which must always be involved. It is also a vehicle to be able to synergize in the world of art both at the national and international levels which are concentrated in activities with our beloved institution, ISI Yogyakarta.
Furthermore, administrative officials who are now equalized to Specific Functional Positions (JFT) are expected to improve performance in new functions. ISI Yogyakarta welcomes these new officials, so that our structure-rich and function-poor bureaucratic world can be resolved immediately. Through the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 28 of 2019 concerning Equalization of Administrative Positions into Functional Positions, it is hoped that they can develop themselves in accordance with their functional positions with competencies that must be continuously improved, this will certainly grow as tendik-tendik who are highly expected to be able to develop ISI Yogyakarta and will strengthen the performance of ISI Yogyakarta institutions.
In carrying out the activities of functional officials who are determined to be equivalent in carrying out their activities in the class of functional positions occupied, they can be given activities and coordination duties and functions and in this case manage activities in accordance with their respective duties, such as the duties of the head of the sub-division and head of the sub-department so far. Details of coordination duties and functions, additional duties and implementation of activities and matters related to these activities will be regulated by government leaders in this case the leadership of ISI Yogyakarta.
Hopefully we can improve our performance and with a sincere heart increase our dedication to the institution that we love and are proud of as an institution in pursuing a career in our lives from school to the end of our service period later in retirement.
