The organization of this year's graduation is different from the organization of graduation in previous years, being in an atmosphere of concern for the corona pandemic that has plagued all of Indonesia, even the world. Without reducing its meaning, this important event was held in very special and simple circumstances. Graduation is held blandidly, offline and online. Graduates can choose one of the methods, offline or online. Offline graduation is held in a limited senate session, without invitations in attendance, graduates are not accompanied by parents, guardians, or loved ones. Graduates who want to be accompanied by parents/guardians or loved ones are forced to choose online graduation at home. For reasons of safety and mutual health, the offline graduation is divided into several groups and held over several days, from October 12 to 15, 2020 at the ISI Yogyakarta Concert Hall Building. One group is at most 70 graduates by implementing the covid 19 protocol. This is in consideration of mutual health and safety,
In this graduation, ISI Yogyakarta graduated 569 graduates consisting of 60 Primary Experts (D1), 23 Associate Experts (D3), 12 Bachelor of Applied Arts (D4), and 420 Bachelor of Arts Strata One (S1), consisting of 202 Faculty of Performing Arts, 155 Faculty of Fine Arts, and 63 Faculty of Recording Media Arts. The Postgraduate Program (S2), consisting of the Art Assessment and Art Creation Study Program graduated 44 Masters in Art, and the Art Management Program graduated 10 Masters in Art Management. From the number of graduates, we are proud to say that there were 7 people who received the Highly Skilled predicate for the Diploma 1 Program. Predicate Cumlaude There are 10 Diploma 3 programs, 4 Diploma 4 programs, 105 undergraduate programs, and 8 postgraduate programs.
To those of you who achieved the title of Highly Skilled and CumlaudeWe congratulate you and hope that your achievements will help you achieve greater success in your future careers and lives. In this graduation period we also specifically congratulate and wish success to the graduates who achieved the highest Grade Point Average. At the Diploma One level, namely Dining Indriani (D1 Craft) with a GPA of 3.90. At the Diploma Three level, namely Mulyanti (D III Batik and Fashion) with a GPA of 3.93. At the Diploma Four level, namely M. Khairul Anuar Bin Muhammad Shapie (D IV Music Presentation) with a GPA of 3.79. At the undergraduate level, namely Felicia Anjar Buana (S1 Interior Design) with a GPA of 3.96. At the Master's level, namely Iwan Setiawan Dani (Master of Arts Management) with a GPA of 3.97.
ISI Yogyakarta graduates are prepared to be independent or professional artists and competitive in the job market. Therefore, it can be seen that many alumni have succeeded brilliantly as artists and designers, as art experts, and as other art actors in society. We are confident that you will also develop your profession with a strong attitude, have accountable logic and ethics, and behave professionally.
