Students of the Faculty of Performing Arts (FSP) ISI Yogyakarta who came from outside Yogyakarta received special attention during the Covid-19 pandemic. At least 300 of these students received basic food packages worth Rp.100 thousand from the Student Executive Board (BEM) FSP ISI Yogyakarta through a social service event entitled: "Performing in Action", which was held Thursday (23/4) to Friday (24/4) at the local campus.
The Dean of FSP ISI Yogyakarta, Drs Siswadi, MSn, accompanied by Assistant Dean III, J.Catur Wibono, MSn, said the event aimed to help FSP ISI Yogyakarta students from outside Yogyakarta who still live in Yogyakarta and have difficulty fulfilling their daily needs due to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. The basic food packages contain 5kg of rice, 1kg of sugar, tea bags, cooking oil, 10 chicken eggs, 5 packs of instant noodles, 1 bottle of soy sauce and sauce. "In order to maintain distance and avoid crowds, we schedule the social service for two days and are divided into several sessions. During the event, we implemented health protocols such as wearing masks and washing hands," said J.Catur Wibono.
He added, the social service was held thanks to the concern of the entire academic community of FSP ISI Yogyakarta and some alumni. "We really appreciate the concern of the academic community and some alumni who are willing to share by donating some of their funds to ease the burden on students from outside Yogyakarta who continue to live in boarding houses and carry out academic activities online," added Catur.

Previously, Monday, April 13, 2020, the Faculty of Fine Arts ISI Yogyakarta also distributed 225 food packages which were solidarity from lecturers, employees and alumni for FSR ISI Yogyakarta students. This activity is a follow-up activity that has been carried out from Friday, April 10, 2020 - Sunday, April 12, 2020. The basic food packages are expected to help students' food needs for one week. The basic food packages consist of rice, eggs, oil, instant noodles, shredded meat, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, cooking spices, fried rice spices, and soy sauce.

Tuesday (14/04/2020) a solidarity action of sharing love "Mari Berbagi" was held in the form of foodstuffs. As a form of solidarity with FSMR students from outside the region who decided to stay in Yogyakarta because they obeyed government regulations not to go home and keep their distance for the sake of mutual health.
The 210 food packages distributed to FSMR students were the result of donations from lecturers, employees, FSMR alumni, and FSMR colleagues collected from 3 - 12 April 2020 and coordinated by Film and Television Study Program lecturers, Endang Mulyaningsih, S.I.P., M.Hum. and Raden Roro Ari Prasetyowati, S.H., LL.M..
The handover of food aid was carried out symbolically by the Assistant Dean III of FSMR, Muhamad Fajar Apriyanto, M.Sn. to the student representative, Abimanyu, as the head of BEM FSMR. Furthermore, the distribution of aid is managed by the administrators of BEM and HMJ while still applying distance and not crowding so that every student who comes to take aid must have their body temperature checked first and afterwards must immediately leave the location so as not to cause a crowd.
Hopefully the assistance that has been provided can slightly ease the burden on FSMR students during this pandemic and hopefully the COVID-19 outbreak will soon pass. To all those who have participated in this donation action, thank you, hopefully a blessing for all. Amen.
