Pada kesempatan ini kegiatan sosialisasi dan promosi dilakukan di Gedung Auditorium SMK Negeri 2 Kasihan Bantul, Jl. PG. Madukismo, Jomegatan, Ngestiharjo, Kec. Kasihan, Bantul, dengan mengundang guru BK dan siswa dari 3 sekolah menengah kejuruan seni, yaitu SMK N 1 Kasihan, SMK N 2 Kasihan, dan SMK N 3 Kasihan Bantul.
The event began with remarks from the Principal of SMK N 2 Kasihan Bantul, Agus Suranto, S.Pd., M.Sn., and remarks from the Head of BAAKPSI ISI Yogyakarta, Dra. Esti Hapsari S. The event then continued with the presentation of the socialization of new student admissions from each resource person, namely Heri Sutanto, S.Kom, Head of Subdivision. Registration and Statistics BAAKPSI who explained the selection of new student admissions for SNMPTN and SBMPTN pathways, and Dr. Mikke Susanto, S.Sn., MA., Head of the S1 Art Management Department FSR ISI Yogyakarta who explained the selection of new independent student admissions. Exposure regarding the selection schedule, number of quotas, registration procedures and procedures, and the selection system. At the end of the event, a question and answer session was held which was quite enthusiastically welcomed by teachers and students, including regarding the selection of study programs, portfolios that must be uploaded, ranking by schools and registration account verification status.
