ISI Yogyakarta has held a Socialization of the 2019 Computer-Based Written Test (UTBK) and SBMPTN for schools in the Bantul region, Yogyakarta. The activity took place at SMA Negeri 1 Bantul, Tuesday (26/3) from 09.00 to 11.30 WIB, and was attended by around 60 teacher and student representatives from several schools around the Bantul area. Present as speakers were Dra. Esti Hapsari Saptiasih, Head of BAAKPSI ISI Yogyakarta and Nugroho from UPT Puskom ISI Yogyakarta with moderator Bambang Supinardi, S.IP., Head of Education and Cooperation ISI Yogyakarta, and MC was Sumarno, S.IP., Public Relations ISI Yogyakarta.
On this occasion, it was conveyed about the SBMPTN registration system which was different from previous years, where this year before SBMPTN registration, the Computer-Based Writing Test (UTBK) was carried out first as one of the requirements for registering for the SBMPTN pathway. In addition, it was also conveyed about the schedule, requirements, and technical provisions regarding the implementation of UTBK and the ISI Yogyakarta Independent Pathway.
In the question and answer session, there were several questions from the socialization participants who asked about the registration process to take UTBK, the selection of the exam location, and the assessment process. It should be conveyed to students who have registered for UTBK 2019 to look back and monitor the schedule that has been offered and fill in their biodata in accordance with existing provisions.
